微软Surface Go和微软SurfacePro一样支持十点触控，微软Surface Go屏幕尺寸为10英寸，微软Surface Pro屏幕尺寸为12.3英寸，微软Surface Pro可以显示更多的屏幕内容。微软Surface Go和微软Surface Pro的显示比例为3:2 ,微软Surface Go的分辨率为1800x1200，微软Surface Pro分辨率为2736x1824的2K显示屏，微软Surface Pro是PixelSense显示屏。
2、性能方面
以8GB/128GB的微软Surface Go为例，CPU使用的是Intel奔腾双核4415Y，显卡芯片是Intel GMA HD 615，以i7/16GB/1TB的微软Surface Pro为例，C PU使用的是Intel酷睿i7，显卡芯片是Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640。
3、音频系统
微软Surface Go和微软Surface Pro有杜比音效，都搭载了前置500万像素，后置800万像素的双摄像头。微软Surface Pro内置立体声扬声器，而微软Surface Go内置2W立体声音响。
